In preparation for the 2021 National Science week and STEM Festival, BIUST is embarking on a training exercise to equip students with programming skills using Scratch programming language for Arduino. The aim of this training is to promote programming for all levels of education and create a strong foundation for programming at an early stage. This training is also aimed at preparing the students to participate on the upcoming hackathon and makeathon competitions. Makeathons are creative challenges that bring together “makers”—that is, artists, craftspeople, and designers who make and create physical things, as opposed to digital creations.
The training exercise covers the whole country with selected schools across all regions.This week we are covering Maun and Shakawe region and below is our schedul
